What We Expect from You:

• Leverage established, long-term relationships within the construction industry to drive growth and secure new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of global quotations and sales strategies.
• Manage and grow existing sales pipelines while identifying new prospects to meet company growth targets.
• Maintain and oversee a tracking system for client interactions and business development activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Familiarity with quotation processes and design.
• Established business relationships in the U.S. is a plus.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have established, long-lasting relationships with General Contractors across Canada, particularly in the Retail, Commercial, and Mixed-Use sectors. Experience in construction, commercial projects, and/or architectural millwork is essential, with some exposure to estimation processes.
