We are looking for a Client Success, Team Lead, for rapidly expanding payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an immediate opening for a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• • Team Lead, supervisor experience with 4 -6 CS team members.
  • Onboarding new Merchants from application to go live.
  • Day to day account management with existing merchant base.
  • Client focus, with strong phone etiquette.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Client Success team lead role.
• 2+ years' experience with a Financial Technology or SaaS company.
  
• Background in Merchant Card Processing preferred.
• Willing to travel and attend seminars.
• Ability to commute to an office-based position daily.
• Demonstrated ability to train people
