Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - HR is responsible for leading the strategic human resources function within the organization. This includes driving Performance Management with a Balanced Scorecard approach, implementing Learning and Development programs, and overseeing Organizational Development, Strategic HR, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, and data analysis for performance management, talent reviews, and performance analytics in collaboration with the Head of HR.

  • Support overall

    Talent Management by leveraging Learning & Development (L&D), co-creating the organization's L&D vision, and curating programs for all employees.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits reports to provide insights on pay structures and market positioning.

  • Lead the job banding project to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Design and analyze various HR surveys, including those for employee engagement, candidate experience, and training effectiveness.

  • Create HR presentations for leadership.

  • Spearhead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decisions. This includes designing various HR reports and dashboards using MS-Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement.

Candidate Specification:

Educational Qualifications: An MBA, MMS, PGDM, or PGDBA in HR from a reputable B-School is required, with a preference for a full-time equivalent degree.

Years of Experience:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. 
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, L&D, Organizational Development, Strategic HR, and Employee Engagement

A demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that enhance organizational capability.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS-Excel skills.

  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and dashboards.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
