Role Overview

Seeking a Programme Associate to lead field implementation, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and project coordination for community development initiatives. The role combines on-ground programme execution with data-driven project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field implementation, beneficiary engagement, and programme delivery in rural communities.
• Supervise field teams, oversee surveys, and ensure high-quality data collection.
• Manage monitoring & evaluation activities, including data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare project reports, case studies, donor updates, and impact reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, community leaders, and implementation partners.
• Support project planning, operations, and continuous process improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–6 years of experience in the development sector, with exposure to both field work and M&E.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
• Excellent in data analysis and report writing.  
• Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
