Role Overview:

The Associate will support the implementation of a large-scale MSME AI Enablement Program across designated geographies. The role focuses on cohort coordination, stakeholder management, MSME engagement, and data tracking to ensure smooth on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cohort Coordination & Participation Engagement:

  • End-to-End Coordination: Support the full lifecycle of MSME cohorts, including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and participation tracking.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for participants and local teams, providing continuous engagement, troubleshooting support, and follow-ups to ensure program completion.
  • Platform Support: Facilitate the onboarding of partners and participants onto digital systems/LMS platforms and drive active daily engagement.

2. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management:

  • Partner Mobilization: Liaise closely with ecosystem partners, such as industry associations and incubators, for MSME mobilization and cohort formation.
  • Internal Alignment: Coordinate with internal technology, program, and content teams to align operational goals and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports and updates for clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.

3. Program Execution & Operations:

  • Event & Session Management: Ensure seamless execution of program components, including virtual training sessions, mentorship workshops, and flagship events like the Cohort Graduation and MSME AI Showcase Day.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify on-ground operational challenges and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.

4. Data Management & Documentation:

  • Data Collection: Handle end-to-end data activities, including participant profiling, ongoing tracking, and post-program assessments to ensure data accuracy.
  • MIS & Dashboards: Maintain and update MIS trackers and dashboards related to key metrics (onboarding, attendance, engagement, and completion).
  • Knowledge Capture: Document program learnings, participant feedback, and success stories/case studies for final knowledge outputs.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Degrees: Bachelor's degree required; Post-graduation preferred in Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in program operations, project implementation, or coordination roles (Development sector experience is highly preferred).
  • Track Record: Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and on-ground project execution.
