As a UX Researcher and Designer for b2c products, you will:

  • Plan and conduct user research and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities

  • Create and test prototypes and wireframes to validate design concepts and assumptions

  • Conduct usability testing. Implement and iterate on your design solutions based on user feedback and best practices

  • Design user interfaces and interactions that are intuitive, engaging, and effective ️

  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback for an evidence-based design ‍️

  • Communicate and present your research findings and design decisions to various audiences

  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and implement design solutions

  • Determine information architecture and create sitemap

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX researcher and designer (or similar role)

  • Portfolio of UX research and design projects that blows us away

  • Proficient in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD (you can make anything look good)

  • Proficient in UX research methods and tools (you know your way around surveys, interviews, observations, etc.)

  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work independently and in a team (you can fly solo or with a flock)

  • Attention to detail and creativity (you don't miss a thing and you always have fresh ideas)
