About the role

• Improve how we manage performance: Make sure everyone knows what's expected and has opportunities to grow.
• Make sure everyone feels good: Focus on mental health, work-life balance, and making sure everyone is happy.
• Make our workplace fair and inclusive: Create a place where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Run HR smoothly: Make sure all our HR processes are efficient and follow the rules.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master's degree in HR or a related field.
• 10-15 years of HR experience (experience in the development sector is a plus).
• Experience creating and implementing HR plans.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other common office tools.
• Someone who enjoys working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who loves building teams.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
