Role Brief: 
We are looking for someone to drive fundraising activities in Hyderabad for Agastya Foundation

Fundraising activities:

• Develop and execute a fundraising plan to meet the financial goals of the organization.
• Identify potential funding sources including corporate sponsors, foundations, and grants
• Identify and approach new potential donors, presenting the organizations mission and funding needs effectively.
• Manage and track pipeline of prospects with timely follow ups to make progress in the engagement

Donor Relations:

• Nurture relationships with existing donors, ensuring ongoing engagement , reporting and support.
• Implement donor recognition programs to acknowledge contributions and maintain donor satisfaction.

Campaign Management & Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign
• Support in timely execution fundraising campaigns (email, and social media campaign) with database, contacts etc
• Track and analyze campaign performance to course correct on future campaigns
• Work closely with the management team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
  
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand funding needs and program priorities
