OBJECTIVE: The Division Manager works closely with the government district officials, DIET, Block Level Education Officers (BEO) and Cluster head for effective implementation of Vinoba Program through the team of Program Managers and Project Officers. To establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials at the district and block levels to facilitate the Vinoba Program rollout. This includes strategic planning, troubleshooting, and providing actionable insights derived from data analysis to meet district-level needs.

Key Deliverables for the position are as follows:

  1. Ensure 100% program implementation across all assigned districts, aligning with local priorities and needs.
  2. Actively engage stakeholders at District, Block and Cluster levels within established timelines to increase program adoption and support.
  3. Lead district-level strategic planning sessions and develop three-month action plans to align with district requirements and priorities.
  4. Achieve 100% problem resolution and continuous support for stakeholders through OLF’s systems and tools.
  5. Build the capacity of Project Officers, ensuring they are equipped to meet goals effectively.
  6. Represent OLF at official meetings, conferences, and other forums as needed.
  7. Uphold the organization’s policies in areas including leave, administrative, and financial reporting.
  8. Participate in organizational development activities and initiatives as required by HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, International Development, Public Policy, Rural Management, Economics, or a relevant field.

  1. Undiluted passion for the development sector is required.

  2. Clear Understanding of District Administration System (Zilla Parishad and DIET)

Work Ex :

  1. Minimum 10 years in Education Domain.

  2. Min 5 years an administrative or managerial role.

Skills :

  1. People management and Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, especially in regional language and English.
  2. Data & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and create district-focused, objective-oriented action points.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Spreadsheets, Tableau, and Asana is a plus.

Personal Attributes: High Integrity, Discipline, Social intelligence, and Dependability.

Language:

  1. Basic proficiency of reading, writing in English, Hindi, and Regional Language.

  2. Fluency in spoken and written Regional Language is essential.
