About role: 

Fundraising Experience and Knowledge

• Someone with 2-5 years of experience in fundraising
• Brings experience working on fundraising [retail, online and through CSRs]
• Understand finances, budgeting
• Understand and experienced in proposal writing 
• Actively manage and document donor, sponsor, and institutional funder relationships, actions, and notes to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent donor engagement and communications.

Skills and Special Aptitudes

• Self-motivated individual who is a Self - starter is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and within a small dynamic team
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Good Storyteller
• Understanding of MS Team/G Suite
