Job Description

Client Experience and Engagement

1. Ensure 5 star experience for CSR clients

2. Ensure regular interaction and engagement with CSR clients as per requirement

3. Ensure renewals for CSR projects through successful client engagement

Proposal Development and Program Design

1. Prepare customized proposals per the requirement of the corporates/grant giving agencies

2. Create roadmap for existing programs in a 3-5 year time frame including strategies for widening outreach and deepening impact

3. Present proposals to client for renewals

4. Lead the development, adaptation, testing and mainstreaming of best/good practices in needs assessment, project design, implementation, M & E, and research

Program Implementation and Monitoring

1. Work on end-to-end program management Strategy design, implementation and program monitoring for projects.

2. Bring together multiple stakeholders, especially the government, companies, implementation partners and international aid agencies for efficiency program delivery

3. Ensure effective and efficient program monitoring; reporting processes are in place and implemented for all program activities

1. Ensure that lessons, learning and research around program quality is carried out and used for program quality improvement

Team Management & Internal/ External Coordination

1. Manage a small Program unit for implementation and plan for their professional growth

2. Ensure optimal coordination and collaboration of team members with relevant teams and contribution to relevant organizational initiatives

3. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementation partners

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. 8+ years of experience of having worked in the development sector or allied service sectors

2. Experience in working with communities at the grassroots level and implementing large scale programs.

3. Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team

4. Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills

5. Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.

6. Demonstrated success of developing and evaluating program models, NGOs, and operationalizing programs.

7. Experience of engaging with International clients and working in remote environment will be an added advantage

8. Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work

9. Demonstrated experience of contributing in knowledge building within organisation

10. Candidates with Master’s in Social Work or B usiness degrees are encouraged to apply
