Job Role:

This role is all about creating and delivering effective training for everyone involved in the "Disha Abhiyan". You'll be responsible for making sure people understand and can successfully implement Disha abhiyan.

What You'll Do:

  • Create Training Materials: You'll design and build all the learning materials needed for Disha. This includes things like presentations, videos, written guides, and practice activities.
  • Measure Learning: You'll develop ways to check if the training is working. This means creating tests before and after training sessions and other ways to assess how much people have learned.
  • Get Feedback and Improve: You'll set up a system to collect feedback from the team, school principals, and teachers. This will help you understand what challenges they face in using Disha and what kind of training they need.
  • Organize Training Content: You'll break down the training into smaller, reusable parts. This will make it easier to adapt and use the training in different situations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: You'll research the best ways to train people and make sure the Disha training is modern and helpful.
  • Solve Problems: You'll help the Disha Zone Coordinators and teachers with any issues they have while putting Disha into practice.
  • Support Implementation: You'll visit schools and classrooms to see how Disha is being used. You'll also provide personalized, quick training and demonstrations to help teachers overcome any difficulties they're facing.
  • Learn from Others: You'll observe classrooms run by org and work with their team to share good ideas and practices with Disha schools.
  • Work with Other Teams: You'll collaborate with other departments to make sure Disha is implemented smoothly.
  • Find Training Partners: You'll look for and work with experts in the field to improve the training even further.

What You Need:

  • A Master's degree (MA/M.Sc.) in areas like Human Development, Education, or Psychology, and experience working with Special Education, specifically intellectual disabilities.
  • 6 years of experience in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations.
  • Basic skills in using Excel and Google Suite (like Docs, Sheets, Slides).
