Job Summary:

TSL Foundation is seeking MBBS Doctors to join our Mobile Medical Unit Project. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to underserved communities in [Patiala/Panipat/Narmada]. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of common illnesses.
• Conduct patient consultations, perform physical examinations, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
• Analysis test results and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventive healthcare counseling.
• Ensure compliance with all medical protocols, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, paramedics, and support staff.
• Participate in community health outreach programs and health education initiatives.
• Manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting for project monitoring and evaluation.
• Travel to different locations within the assigned region as required by the Mobile Medical Unit schedule

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college or university.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of primary healthcare principles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments and serve underserved communities.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
