Role Description: 

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage Student Lifecycle:

  • Mobilization: form key institutional and government partnerships that will enable quality mobilization while achieving required numbers
  • Enrolment: enable & monitor enrolment processes to ensure end outcome in terms of numbers and quality
  • Training: ensure adherence to processes to enable high quality academic results
  • Placement: form networks with corporates & hiring partners to generate quality opportunities

Culture Management

  • Promote a culture that emphasizes a strong correlation between effective planning and positive results.
  • Promote result-driven mindset coupled with a commitment to ethical principles in the execution of tasks.
  • Build a learning culture, provide leadership, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Serve as a role model and cultural ambassador for the organization, actively speaking out against incorrect behavior and work.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaison effectively with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross functional internal teams (PMO, Academic Excellence, HR, M&E, PRO, MIS, Curriculum, IT, Finance, Admin etc.) for operational requirements.
  • Participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback with respective stakeholders

Program Management

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects every quarter.
  • Enable implementation of execution plans to adhere to project mandates.

  • Ensure compliance with process metrices and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for program improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

People Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional/ center team.

  • Drive Performance Management process effectively, ensuring concrete feedback to team members.
  • Establish and communicate attrition reduction and employee satisfaction targets, outlining specific strategies, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement plans, to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promoting the holistic development of team members.

Financial Management

  • Manage the budget for projects effectively, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with program priorities and organizational objectives.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact for the purpose of reviews and internal and external audits.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in skill development industry of which 5+ years of team management expertise is a mandate
  • Minimum 5+ years of expertise in donor funded skilling operations

  • Post graduate in any field
