Overview: We are seeking an experienced candidate who is logical, structured and resourceful to define, standardise and oversee the matchmaking process between solution seekers (rural entrepreneurs) and service providers (solution providers, consultants, experts, and service providers) on our online platform. This role requires a deep understanding of rural entrepreneurship, strong organisational skills, and the ability to leverage technology to facilitate successful connections. The role will be a combination of individual contributor and team management. [ 70-30 ]

Responsibilities:

1. Solution and knowledge management

   • Deep understanding of the diverse solution providers on the platform, their solutions and its implementation
     
   • Standardise the solutions in a comprehensible and easy to use template
     
   • Maintain a good working relationship with providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction.
     

   • Develop and execute sound knowledge management practices.

   • Seeking feedback from users and incorporating feedback

2. Training and Education:

   • Develop training resources and materials to educate solution seekers and providers on best practices for using the platform.
     

   • Prepare user road maps and SOPs.

3. Team Management:

   • Managing a small and diverse team that works across user engagement and support, matchmaking solutions and tracking their implementation, monitoring enquiries and evaluating performance etc.

Given this is an early stage project, this role will require a generalist mindset.

Requirements:

• Past experience in consulting, research, CRM or similar roles preferably in an online platform or marketplace.
  
• Understanding of rural entrepreneurship, challenges faced by rural entrepreneurs, and knowledge of relevant resources and support systems.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including entrepreneurs, consultants, and internal teams.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  

• Problem solving skills with ability to connect the dots

• Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and proficiency in using technology to streamline processes.
  

• Experience with people management / leading small teams
