About the role:

We need a motivated leader to grow our fundraising efforts. You'll build a team, find new donors, keep our current donors happy, and create a plan to raise more funds. We're currently managing a budget of about INR 25-50 crore, and you'll play a key role in helping us reach our funding goals and continue our growth.

What You'll Do:

• Create a fundraising plan: Work with the CEO to develop a strategy to get the funds we need.
• Find new donors: Research and connect with foundations, companies, and individuals who might support us.
• Build strong partnerships: Create and manage relationships with companies in India, securing long-term funding.
• Work with international donors: Keep our existing international donors informed and happy, sharing our progress.
• Organize our donor information: Create systems to track our past, present, and future donors.
• Keep in touch with donors: Respond to donor requests and keep them updated on our work.
• Represent org: Be a visible spokesperson for our fundraising efforts.
• Manage communications: Handle social media and other communications to increase our visibility.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master's degree in business, social work, public policy, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience managing relationships with donors in India and internationally.
• A strong network of contacts in the CSR and philanthropic sectors.
• Experience negotiating with senior leaders.
• A results-oriented person with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
