Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to be based in Hubali, Karnataka, who will play a crucial role in shaping the future platform of the Skilling Division. This position will involve:

• Program Scaling & Business Strategy: Formulating strategic plans for the effective scaling and enhancement of the Skilling Divisions programs.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Conducting thorough research to understand the needs of beneficiaries and analyzing industry best practices for the ongoing improvement of programs.
• Quality Assurance: Establishing and implementing comprehensive quality control systems for skill development programs to ensure meaningful learning and positive outcomes.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Analytical strategist with experience in business planning, market research, and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; basic Hindi proficiency required; knowledge of Kannada is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

The ideal candidate will be a mature, resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working with individuals from diverse educational backgrounds.

Education and Experience

• Must hold an MBA from a reputable top-tier institution or an equivalent degree.
• 4-10 years of relevant experience; experience within NGOs or the development sector is a plus.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector is desirable.
