Role Overview:
The Trainer/Mentor will support the delivery and implementation of an MSME AI Enablement Program by conducting training sessions, mentoring MSMEs, and driving AI adoption across business functions. The role focuses on capacity building, participant engagement, implementation support, and adoption tracking to ensure MSMEs can effectively integrate AI tools into their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Delivery & MSME Engagement:
Training Facilitation: Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and cohort-based learning programs through online, offline, and blended formats.
AI Awareness & Application: Support MSMEs in understanding practical applications of AI across operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and customer engagement functions.
Participant Management: Ensure smooth execution of training activities, including participant coordination, attendance tracking, session management, and follow-up communication.
Learning Enablement: Simplify AI concepts into practical and easy-to-understand learning experiences for MSME entrepreneurs and teams.
Hands-on Support: Facilitate AI tool demonstrations, practical exercises, and guided implementation activities during training sessions.

2. MSME Mentoring & AI Adoption Support:
Mentorship & Handholding: Provide ongoing support to MSMEs throughout their AI adoption journey.
Business Problem Solving: Work closely with MSMEs to identify operational challenges and recommend suitable AI tools and workflows.
Implementation Support: Assist participants in integrating AI solutions into routine business processes and workflows.
Follow-up & Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and encourage sustained AI usage.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with MSME participants and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the program.

3. Adoption Tracking & Reporting:
Progress Monitoring: Track MSME participation, engagement levels, AI adoption progress, and implementation milestones across assigned cohorts.
Documentation: Maintain records of participant interactions, adoption journeys, use cases, and implementation outcomes.
Impact Collection: Support collection of feedback, testimonials, case studies, and success stories from MSMEs.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate implementation challenges, adoption gaps, and participant support requirements to program leadership.
Reporting Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting and alignment with program objectives.

4. Ecosystem Coordination & Program Support:
Partner Engagement: Coordinate with incubators, industry associations, ecosystem partners, and training venues to facilitate program implementation.
Mobilization Support: Assist in participant outreach, orientation sessions, and ecosystem engagement activities.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining training materials, AI use cases, and mentoring approaches based on participant feedback and field learnings.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Degrees: Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred in Management, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Education, Development Studies, or related fields.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in training delivery, entrepreneurship support, MSME capacity building, skilling, incubation, mentoring, or related domains.
Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of AI tools, Generative AI platforms, automation tools, and productivity applications.
Familiarity with MSME business operations and common operational challenges.
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or mentoring entrepreneurs and adult learners.
Comfortable using digital learning platforms and online facilitation tools.

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with MSMEs, incubators, industry associations, entrepreneurship ecosystems, or enterprise development programs.
Prior exposure to technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
