About the role:

The Senior Manager, Parenting Program will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing parenting programs for children under three years old. The position requires a deep understanding of early childhood development, program management, and developing parenting content. The individual will support caregivers and families in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. This role reports to the Executive Director and has a Manager as a direct report.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Implementation: Design and implement evidence-based parenting programs and interventions. Develop curricula, resources, and tools to support caregivers in promoting early childhood development, attachment, and positive parenting practices.

Caregiver Support & Training: Organize workshops, training sessions, and support groups for parents and caregivers. Provide one-on-one coaching to address specific parenting challenges.

Community Outreach: Build relationships with community organizations, health centers, and early childhood education providers to expand the reach of parenting programs. Conduct awareness campaigns to promote the importance of early childhood care and development.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop and implement systems to track the impact and effectiveness of parenting interventions. Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements and ensure alignment with developmental goals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of facilitators, social workers, and support staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to families.

Resource Management: Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics. Identify and secure funding opportunities to sustain and expand programs.

Essential Competencies / Skills:

Belief in the Cause: Passionately believe in the cause of Right to ECD (Early Childhood Development) for all children, including the most vulnerable.

Language & Communication: Good written and verbal command over English and Hindi.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and an open attitude to work with people.
