Role: Project Lead - District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Uttar Pradesh [Multiple Locations; will be shared.]
Experience: 7-10 years [Not more than 10 Years]
Salary: Upto 19.5 LPA

Role Overview: lead and manage the NIPUN Mission would possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be skilled in strategic direction, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This individual should have a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects and be able to drive project objectives to ensure successful implementation within the designated district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with district and block-level education officials.
• Oversight: Provide academic, governance, and monitoring oversight to the DPMU team, ensuring deliverable achievement.
• Strategic Implementation: Lead strategic planning, drive interventions, resolve bottlenecks, and advocate for project needs.
• Technical Guidance: Support district and block-level review committees and forums.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the DPMU Project Managers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record.
• Experience leading teams in operations-focused projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and project delivery skills, including planning and execution.
• Experience working in the Indian education sector with government stakeholders (essential).
• Ability to design and drive data monitoring systems for large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach.

About the DPMU: The DPMU team strengthens NIPUN Mission implementation at the district level by providing governance and academic support, building mission salience, fostering capacity building, and driving learning outcome enhancements. The Project Lead will manage a team of 4-5 Project Managers.
