Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and schedules using SAP-PM. Create and manage equipment master data in SAP-PM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term maintenance goals.
  • Estimate time and resources required for maintenance jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability for routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Utilize SAP-PM to record, track, and analyze maintenance work, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and parts, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
  • Train maintenance staff in new procedures and protocols, with a focus on the effective use of SAP-PM.

Academic & Professional experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in SAP-PM is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role, with a strong focus on using SAP-PM.
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
