About the job Strategy & Projects Officer Admin Assistant

Key responsibility:

  • Communicate manager instructions or requests to relevant individuals and/or departments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain confidential records and proper electronic and paper filing system to ensure proper office administration and record keeping
  • Maintain proper and organized calendar, internal and external correspondence for the head to support optimum utilization of time and attention to priority
  • Organize and arrange calls and meetings, ensuring minutes of meetings are accurately recorded and communicated to attending parties
  • Follow up on required actions to be executed by assigned/concerned personnel.
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, processes and standard operating procedures are applied correctly and followed thoroughly to ensure a standardized process
  • Manage and communicate with different and several stakeholders
  • Providing administrative assistance, as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, preparing PowerPoint presentation, Excel sheets, reports etc.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues

Academic experience required:

  • Bachelors degree in business management, administration, or related discipline

Professional experience required:

  • 5-7 years of secretarial experience

  • Excellent secretarial & Multitasking skills
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills
  • Self-driven who is able to work with minimum supervision
  • Flexible multitasker and can work under pressure
  • Strong Time Management and Interpersonal Skills
