About the job Laboratory Material Admin

Environment :

Internal: QC Laboratory, Quality, Supply chain, General Services and Operations.
External: Third parties warehouse, Suppliers.

Key responsibility :

  • Receive, store, and manage supplies, reagents and samples.
  • Compiles records of supplies receival and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
  • Control laboratory inventory, dispensing at FIFO rules.
  • Inform about critical levels of inventory items.
  • Maintain accurate stock control records.
  • Review and ensure proper storage conditions for all inventory items.
  • Maintain the store and records in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the stock control processes.
  • Monitoring Expiry dates and items suitability for use and report any critical stocks or unavailable items.
  • Scrapping and dispensing of materials and reagents according to the followed procedures.

Academic experience required :

Technical Institute or higher or combination of education and experience.

Professional Experience Required :

Preferred, a minimum of 1 years of related experience in Pharmaceutical GMP environment.

Computing Skills :

Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in ERP systems

Personal Skills :

Strong communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Able to organize matters & multi-task.
Work cooperatively with others.

Languages :

Written and spoken fluent English and Arabic
