Job Objective
Assists Training Manager in development and maintenance of training programs for the Grifols
Egypt for Plasma Derivatives (GEPD) plasma operations, including GEPD Corporate, the
collection centers and plasma supply chain in accordance with company specific standard
operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards using established and proven training
methods

Key responsibility
- Assists in developing and implementing programs to support the training, development,
and engagement of GEPD plasma operations employees at all levels.
- Assists in developing learning strategies and solutions that are performance-focused,
effective, engaging, and innovative.
- Uses expertise to assist in design and customize curriculum content using best-practice
adult learning theories and critical elements of adult learning to maximize efficiency and
effectiveness of the training.
- Assists in designs and implements training delivery methods that best suit the content,
target audience, and venue, including but not limited to virtual and in-person instructor
led training, eLearning, self-administered learning, and interactive skills-building.
- Assists in train the trainer programs and mentors others that deliver training.
- Fosters a creative, innovative and proactive environment to increase employee
engagement and support a continuous learning culture.
- Collaborates with managers and trainers to proactively identify gaps and assess the
ongoing training needs of staff; develops educational material relative to those needs.
- Assists managers in creating development and improvement plans for employees.
- Assists in establishing key training performance indicators to measure efficacy of
training; monitors and reports on performance; uses data to drive continuous
improvement of training programs.
- Assist in the strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Academy curriculum and projects as
well as supervision of the Academy facility and programs.
- Possesses an expert knowledge of plasma operations, quality systems and applicable
regulatory requirements to support facilitation and development of training.

Job Requirements 

Academic experience required

Masters degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Organizational Development,
Management or related field

Professional Experience Required
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in training or education.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Experience in a cGMP regulated environment preferred.
Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Computing Skills
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
