Key responsibility

  • Provide GEPD management with necessary information: monthly presentations including plasma collections, analysis of expenses and cost per liter, and all other important issues affecting performance.
  • Run the calculation of plasma annual standards cost for GEPD.
  • Budget the following year operating costs for Plasma Procurement area.
  • Execute monthly cost per liter calculation for GEPD & Maintenance of the necessary costing master data in SAP.
  • Responsible generation, tracking, controlling and storing information of plasma collections, key performance indicators and any relevant information regarding Plasma Procurement.
  • Plasma collections forecasting and budgeting for the different centers, including mid-year forecast, annual budget and LRP and ensure alignment with top management. Plasma inventory controlling.
  • Plan and control soft goods and consumables inventory levels, assuring Procurement department has the information necessary for arranging deliveries of required.
  • Analysis of operating results and budget versus actual reporting, including detailed variance explanation
  • Provide accurate fact-based analysis for ad hoc reporting as requested by areas.
  • Responsible to execute controls to assure data integrity (inventory counts, etc.)
  • Propose to top management and follow-up of company's plasma operational targets.
  • Ensure adherence and enforce Company's finance and accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepare business analysis and provide recommendation on 3rd party contracts
  • Review submit Capital Expenditures for Final approval.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff
  • Liaise with Corporate Plasma Procurement Finance and Controlling team

Academic and professional experience required

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Planning & Control or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in supervisory role in multi-national organization
  • Fluent English
  • Good command in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience in ERP system; SAP experience preferred
