Master Data Specialist

Key responsibility:

• Coding and recording new suppliers, as well as any amendments to current suppliers, inventory items, fixed assets, & accounts receivables on the ERP system
• Save all preparation registration documents, as well as pricing and price adjustment documents approved by the Egyptian Drug Authority also Pharmacy Administration for reference in the event of inspection and follow-up by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure backup and recovery process are in place for business continuity
• Facilitate / execute project deliverables
• Develop and update relevant policies and SOPs with focus on operational efficiencies through data quality and standardization
• Direct day -to day master data management activities across all organization
• Develop continuous improvement mindset by strengthen on end-to-end process

Academic experience required :

BCs Degree in Computer science , BIS or similar related field  

Professional Experience Required :

Computing Skills :

Excellent SAP user , MS office user

Personal Skills :

• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical thinking with structured approach

Languages :

Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
