Job Description 

Job objective
Under the supervision of the Training Academy Manager, provide administrative and academic
support to the Grifols Egypt Plasma Derivatives Academy

Key responsibility
- Creates appropriate organizational environment and value system to stimulate the morale and productivity within the training academy.
- Assists in creating the training calendar which includes allocating resources, scheduling instructors, and communicating with course participants.
- Coordinates the classroom schedules, class enrollments, and ensures any equipment required for the course is available and in good operating condition.
- Communicates with field and corporate personnel on facility offerings, registration requirements, and course follow up activities as needed.
- Assists in the development, organization, monitoring of schedules for course studies, calendar events, and any other functions scheduled at the Academy.
- Assists in the development of training course content under the direction of the Training Academy Manager.
- Ensures a clean and well-kept facility; coordinates routine preventive maintenance and as-needed repairs.
- Provides clerical and administrative support.
- Maintains purchase orders and adequate inventory of all goods and supplies necessary for academy operations.

Job Requirements

Academic experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in an education or life sciences curriculum.
Professional experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience in training or education preferred

Computing skills
Professional use of computer and MS Applications.

Personal skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to think critically and problem solve.
Ability to understand, explain, and follow SOPs and protocols.
Ability to plan, communicate and execute activities for the improvement of the overall
operations.
