About the job Product Manager (Rare Disease)
Job objective:
· Leading, train and coaching sales team
· Business development targeting more business segments
· Efficient business and market analysis
· Create and monitor marketing and launch plans.
Environment:
Internal: Global Marketing, Sales Team, GEPD Management, Medical Department
External: Healthcare Professionals, and medical associations
Key responsibility:
· Develop and oversee all marketing campaigns for the company, Therapy areas and Products.
· Tailor and implement global marketing strategies developed by the Company.
· Develop efficient Promotional campaigns for the company, Therapy areas and Products.
· Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
· Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
· Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
· Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
· The candidate is responsible for the product launches and the management of the product life cycle.
· Developing the overall marketing strategy for the organization
· Identifying new market segments and business opportunities.
· Participation in conferences
Academic experience required:
· Bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmaceutical science.
· Degrees in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Professional experience required
· Experience not less than 10 years in the field.
· Experience in Pharma is a must with preferable, specialty products field.
