Job objective

General Services Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations (Janitorial, security, pest control, etc..) of the company's Sites.

Key responsibility


  1. Assist the General Services manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation.
  2. Monitor expenses and budget in line with General Services Manager.
  3. Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  4. Train service staff & DCs staff, as necessary regarding safety & security matters, and ensure policies and procedures are followed
  5. Keep up to date with emergency situations in sites
  6. Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work environment across

Professional experience required

Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in working in Security, Janitorial operations, and administrative fields (office supplies, Buffet Supplies, ....).

Computing skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Physical capability of standing & moving for long hours
  • Strong problem-solving

    Languages
    Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
