As an HRBP, this position will contribute to the definition and execution of the HR strategy required to achieve the business plan, delivering key HR processes and HR policies in the respective Region, through effective partnering with Center Management and Key Center Stakeholders

. The role is business focused to ensure that growth targets of the Business are met through efficient and effective HR strategies and activities. Environment Internal and external interactions 

 Key responsibility 

To contribute to the development of the HR strategy in the respective Region´s donation centers and play a key role in implementation and delivery through effective partnerships with Divisional Management or General Managers. 

Facilitate implementation/change process related to re-design and organizational changes, to suit business needs ensuring HR processes are followed (meeting requirements) and understood. 

Bonus Program: Support management in defining critical objectives for their teams as context for setting SMART objectives and facilitate the team engagement/alignment.

Merit Increase Program: Support management to ensure the best possible outcome when implementing a merit pay program. 

Benefits: Ensure they are consistent with HR Policies as defined by Country HR.

Promotions: Support management in the Promotion process to contribute to improve the Company performance. 

Operations Management: Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment laws. 

Coordinate with Country HR and transfer the impact on HR practice. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance. 

Resolve issues and address employees' grievances. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. 

Support the implementation of HR policy and provide guidance around it. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning as necessary.

Identify training needs for teams and individuals as well as evaluating training program. 

Academic experience required 

Bachelor's degree in business, management or HR. 

Preference also for post graduate studies in HR. 

Experience Required

Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience as HR Generalist or HRBP. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus. 

Computing Skills MS Office knowledge. 

SAP experience is a plus. Personal Skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder's management skills.

Organized and able to manage time effectively. Ability to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive, fast paced medical environment. 

Ability to influence and direct center staff through effective leadership skills. 

Ability to understand, explain, follow, and enforce SOPs and protocols.

Ability to defuse and resolve customer complaints in an effective manner.

Ability to plan, communicate and execute activities for the improvement of overall operations.
