JOB SUMMARY:

The Leasing Officer assists the Division Head in sourcing and maintaining office and industrial leasing accounts for properties under the company. He/she shall also assist in identifying business development opportunities, assists in the preparation of action plans to achieve the goals of the division. In addition, he/she supports the Assistant Manager in the review of existing procedures and suggests improvements, as needed, to streamline the operations. He/she also supports the assistant manager in the day-to-day activities of the Division.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Division Head in the marketing, sales, and leasing activities of the division
  • Contributes to the attainment of companys objectives by generating new business to achieve the Divisions objectives and goals
  • Responsible for new accounts generation and management
  • Liaises with other departments to address issues and or concerns of new and existing Lessees
  • Assists the Division Head in attending to special accounts/projects, as needed
  • Assists the Division Head in the preparation of financial projections to determine the best product for new projects

MARKETING

  • Assists the Division Head in the creation of the marketing plan, development of marketing collaterals, and events conceptualization
  • Participates in the implementation of marketing strategies and goals
  • Assists in the market research and analysis, and in defining the product and development strategies for projects
  • Assists the Division Head in monitoring market conditions for proper forecasting and planning
  • Updating of presentation materials of all inventories regularly: Greenfield Tower, SRBP, GAP, Bonaventure Plaza, Square and Pavilion mall.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree with a Major in marketing, sales, or business

Knowledge of Specific Functional Work:

  • SAP Access (System Application and Products in Data Processing)
  • Presentation Skills (PowerPoint)
  • Critical thinking skills

Industry/Work Experience Required:

  • Leasing/Selling skills, customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
