𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:

As Principal or Associate Landscape Architect, you won't just be leading delivery - you'll be actually shaping how the Sheffield landscape architecture function grows and operates. 

We're talking real ownership: winning new business, expanding the client base, mentoring and guiding juniors, being primary contact for major clients, and leading with authority on design decisions and complex planning. 

This is for someone who wants to influence how things get done - not just participate.

The work itself spans everything from residential developments to commercial spaces, infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities and public realm projects. No two days are the same, and you'll need to bring your A-game across landscape planning, design, commercial and team leading - we're looking for a true all-rounder.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟:
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: £50k-£70k 
𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) with part-time / flexible hours considered 
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟: 24 days' annual leave (plus bank hols), with the option to buy more and increasing entitlement the longer you stay
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Healthcare scheme, life insurance, and access to a wider benefits platform

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝: 

• Min. 6+ years post-qualifying UK consultancy experience 
• Track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Chartership with the LI 
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and/or Vectorworks (Revit / Civil 3D desirable) 
• Commercial acumen and business development experience
