About the job MIS Executive
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
2. Provide technical support for servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices both onsite and remotely.
3.Install, configure, update, troubleshoot, and remove business software applications.
4. Maintain and regularly update IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and inventory of MIS assets.
5. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems.
6. Ensure all MIS-related documentation is properly maintained, organized, and accessible for audits, troubleshooting, and reference purposes.
7. Demonstrate self-motivation, prioritization, and time management skills to ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
8. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
9. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
