Production Manager - Corrugated Manufacturing | Lean Operations Leader

Join a leading manufacturer in Pryor, Oklahoma, as a Production Manager overseeing corrugated converting operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive operational excellence and lead continuous improvement initiatives while managing a dynamic production team. Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency metrics
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Manage production scheduling and inventory optimization
• Oversee FFG, RDC, and SFG converting equipment operations
• Develop and implement standardized best practices
• Mentor and train team members on KPIs and operational excellence
• Collaborate with sales and operations planning teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in supervisory management
• Proven experience in corrugated manufacturing operations
• Expert knowledge of corrugated converting equipment (FFG, RDC, SFG)
• Experience with Fosber machinery preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Strong background in lean manufacturing principles
• SAP or equivalent ERP system experience
• Six Sigma certification preferred
