Senior Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - Cath Lab/Special Procedures

Join our dynamic cardiac care team as a Senior Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through advanced cardiac and peripheral diagnostic procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized cardiac and peripheral angiographic procedures while maintaining strict sterile protocols
• Administer contrast media following age- and weight-specific guidelines
• Assist interventional physicians during complex cardiac procedures
• Monitor and record hemodynamic measurements and valve area readings
• Manage IV access and medication administration
• Document procedures in Meditech and maintain PACS imaging systems
• Handle radioactive materials according to safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications:

• Current RCIS or RCES certification from CCI (or ability to obtain within one year)
• OR Current ARRT certification as RT(R)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (or obtain within 6 months)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Special Procedures preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated expertise in cardiac care procedures
