Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient progress
• Manage patient discharge planning and home exercise programs

Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
