THE OPPORTUNITY

A product-driven manufacturer is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the full development lifecycle for new electronic and electrical products — from concept through production release. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership, variety, and direct impact on what reaches the shelf. Relocation is included.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Lead electronic and electrical product design from initial concept through production, including schematic creation, prototyping, and design iteration

Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality targets independently

Design, fabricate, and evaluate prototypes for performance and reliability

Write product specifications, test plans, and verification documentation

Conduct feasibility studies, competitive testing, and design qualifications

Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues during development and post-production

Generate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain complete engineering documentation

Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and suppliers on tooling, assembly, and capacity planning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BSEE, BSET, or equivalent

5+ years in electrical design engineering; consumer products experience preferred

Strong command of schematic reading and design tools including simulation, analysis, and CAD

Hands-on experience taking products from concept to manufacturable design

Solid grasp of financial modeling and NPD processes
