Salary Range: $91,520 $114,400, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Deliver therapy services for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
-
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary rehab team
-
Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, progress, and discharge
-
Participate in care planning and communicate with residents families
-
Conduct audiometric screenings and provide appropriate referrals
-
Educate and support facility staff through in-services and training sessions
-
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Qualifications
-
Masters Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid New York State license to practice (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
