THE OPPORTUNITY

A nationally recognized, award-winning architecture firm headquartered in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep healthcare interiors experience to lead inpatient and ambulatory care projects. You'll manage client relationships, project finances, consultant coordination, and full project delivery — for a firm with a hybrid schedule, excellent work-life balance, and a prestigious project portfolio.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Serve as prime client interface throughout all phases of healthcare interior projects

Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees

Generate contractual agreements and consultant RFPs

Coordinate DOB/DOH code review, building analysis, and lease review

Oversee project production, staffing projections, and construction document review

Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoicing, and collections

Coordinate bidding, RFP responses, and general project team management through closeout

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's a plus)

10+ years of continuous project management experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects

Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of NYC/NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, and NFPA

Strong presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
