THE OPPORTUNITY

A stable, nonprofit health system near Ashland, KY is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a collaborative, hospital-employed practice with on-site diagnostics and a strong clinical team. The role features 6–7 shifts per pay period, 232+ hours of PTO, guaranteed first-year pay into the $400K range, sign-on bonus, and loan repayment — with a schedule designed for long-term sustainability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field

Eligible for Ohio medical license
