THE OPPORTUNITY A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking a Senior Superintendent with multi-family, commercial, and/or K-12 project experience to serve as the primary field leader across a high-performing project portfolio. WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE • Weekly pay plus performance bonuses • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) • Medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and paid time off • Relocation assistance available YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Direct day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, and enforce safety policies and site security • Assist with scheduling, phasing, constructability reviews, and subcontractor procurement • Implement the project schedule, manage costs, and oversee quality control • Lead OAC and Foreman meetings; maintain as-built drawings, permits, inspections, and daily reporting • Mentor and develop Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents • Support RFQ/RFP responses and future opportunity identification WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Experience as a Senior Superintendent on multi-family, commercial, and/or K-12 projects (project list required) • 4-year degree or equivalent education and construction experience • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification • CPR and First Aid Certification READY TO APPLY?
