Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient primary care to a growing patient panel
• Build continuity-of-care relationships across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in New York)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
