Position Overview

• Full-time, employed position with a physician-led organization
• 100% outpatient practice
• Light telephone-only call coverage shared among colleagues
• Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive care
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current New York state medical license or eligible
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
