Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) - Labor & Delivery Leadership | Night Shift

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all nursing operations during night shift in our Labor & Delivery unit
• Provide direct patient care including delivery assistance and OR scrub support as needed
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care
• Drive quality improvements through staff development and performance management
• Facilitate efficient patient throughput and admission/discharge processes
• Implement and monitor evidence-based clinical practices
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and leadership rounds

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience
• Previous leadership experience in Women's Services/L&D/NICU/Mother-Baby
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• BCLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
• Strong clinical skills in labor management and delivery
• OR scrub experience
• Excellence in communication and team leadership
