An established regional healthcare system in the Ohio River Valley is seeking a Board Certified Pathologist to serve as Senior Medical Director of a well-supported pathology department. The role offers approximately $525K in combined base and annual bonus, additional $70K+ bonus incentives, and loan repayment — all in a setting with a predictable schedule and a manageable, balanced case mix.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Board Certified Pathologist

Eligible for Ohio medical licensure

Leadership experience preferred

Cytopathology fellowship preferred (not required)

Ability to lead departmental initiatives and maintain accreditation standards
