Evaluate and treat patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary

Develop treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation of goals and progress

Supervise and coach PT assistants and aides

Maintain compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program

Current Arizona PT license and CPR certification

Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
