Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Labor & Delivery (within the past year)
• Strong clinical expertise in maternal care and childbirth services
