Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate, detailed patient records and care documentation
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
• Mentor and support nursing support staff in delivering quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
• Strong computer skills with EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
