• Lead and mentor a team of L&D nurses, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery
• Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation
• Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal maternal and fetal health outcomes
• Manage departmental budget and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery leadership experience (within the past year)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Strong clinical background in maternal health and obstetrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
