NICU Nurse Manager - Level III NICU | Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Position Overview:

As NICU Nurse Manager, you'll drive clinical excellence while mentoring staff and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in our family-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of NICU nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development
• Collaborate with the Director to align department activities with facility goals and objectives
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and quality metrics
• Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Provide clinical support and expertise to nursing staff
• Coordinate care delivery across Women's Services Units

Required Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License (Texas license required within 60 days)
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2 years recent NICU leadership experience as Manager or Charge Nurse
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Strong clinical and organizational leadership abilities
